The Harvard Freshman baseball team defeated Groton at Groton yesterday by the score of 4 to 3. Whitney pitched good ball for the Freshmen allowing but three hits while Wilcox of Groton allowed six. The features of the game were the three-base hits of Fripp and Nash.
Second Team Won in Seventh.
The University second team defeated Andover at Andover, yesterday by the score of 5 to 4. The game was won by Harvard by a rally in the seventh inning which netted three runs and thus overcame Andover's previous lead of two runs.
