TERRITORIAL CLUBS TO HOLD SMOKER AND ELECTION AT 9 TOMORROW.

The meeting of the Council of the Federation of Territorial Clubs for the purpose of organization for the coming year will be held in the club room tomorrow evening at 9 o'clock. Each club must have one representative. There will be a short informal smoker followed by an election of officers. The following list of nominations has been made: President--J. V.
