The third and last of the Cutler Lectures on Preventive Medicine will be given at 3 o'clock this afternoon in the Amphitheatre of Building E of the Medical School, on Longwood avenue, Boston. Professor G. C. Whipple will discuss "The Use of Vital Statistics with Power."
