Several complaints have recently come to the Student Council in regard to the mutilation of books both in Harvard Hall and Massachusetts Hall. The executive committee of the Council feels that such acts by any member of the University are absolutely unpardonable, and has therefore recommended to the Administrative Board that any person or persons who mutilate books in any of the University Libraries be expelled.
Talks by Professors Confidential.
Another matter which some undergraduates do not seem to understand is that all matters discussed by professors in their lectures or in talks to undergraduate societies are taken up confidentially, i.e., no undergraduate has any right to report to the public what is said.
