Mr. Herbert D. Croly '90 will deliver the third Godkin lecture in Emerson J this evening at 8 o'clock. Continuing the general subject of "Democracy and Responsibility," the speaker will talk this evening on "The New Democracy and the Constitution." The remaining lectures are on Wednesday. "Direct versus Representative Government," and Friday, "The Mechanism of Popular Representation." All are open to the public.
