HAUGHTON THREE YEARS MORE

MR. GARCELON IN NOTICE TO CRIMSON OFFICIALLY ANNOUNCES CONTRACT.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The CRIMSON yesterday received the following statement from W. F. Garcelon L.'95:

"William F. Garcelon, Graduate Treasurer of the Harvard Athletic Association, announces that he has today signed a contract with Percy D. Haughton for the coaching of the Harvard football team for the years 1913, 1914, and 1915."

This statement relieves the doubt which has been prevalent for some time as to whether the football team would continue under the leadership of Mr. Haughton as head coach following his five year term in that position which ended with the 1912 season. The relief is doubly great when it is remembered that at this late date no man had been mentioned who could possibly take Mr. Haughton's place.
