Changes in Debating Teams

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

As a result of some changes in the personnel of the University debating team, the following is the order in which the men will probably speak in the triangular debates with Yale and Princeton on March 14: affirmative (at Princeton)--C. W. Chenoweth 2G., M. C. Lightner 3L., R. B. Fizzell 3L; negative (against Yale in Cambridge)--R. L. West '14, F. F. Greenman '14, I. Levin '14. The following have been retained as alternates: A. A. Berle 1G., B. H. Knollenberg 1G., H. C. Place '14.

The men are now working regularly under the direction of A. A. Ballantine '04 and S. Curtis '05. The subject has been simplified so as to read: "Resolved, That the United States Government should exempt our coastwise-trade from Panama Canal tolls."
