In the final round of the Ames Competition at the Law School held in Langdell last night, the Beale Club won the $200 prize by defeating the Bruce Wyman Club. The winning club was represented by W. H. Greenleaf, uL., and O. J. Myers, uL.; the Bruce Wyman Club, which received a $100 prize for qualifying in the final round, was represented by H. J. Brandt 2L. and P. D. Wesson 2L. The judges were: Judge Frederic Dodge '67, Professor Eugene Wambaugh '76, and Arthur D. Hill '90.
The question, one in Bills and Notes, was ably argued with forceful logic by both sides.
