Pierian's Anniversary Concert

In celebration of its one hundred and fifth birthday, the Pierian Sodality, the oldest musical organization in the United States, will give an anniversary concert at the Boston City Club, Thursday evening at 8 o'clock.

The Pierian Sodality since its organization on March 6, 1808, has been one of the most popular of the outside activities at the University. Its members founded the Harvard Musical Association of Boston. Through that organization the Sodality lent aid to the establishment of the Boston Symphony Orchestra.
