At a recent business meeting of the Cercle Francais the following officers were elected: president, P. L. Cable '14, of Rock Island, Ill.; vice-president, C. W. Cheney '15, of Boston; secretary, F. S. Allen '16, of Harrison, N. Y.; treasurer, L. W. Coleman '16, of Chicago, III.; counsellors, Professor W. H. Schofield, of the department of Comparative Literature; Professor L. Allard, of the department of French; and F. Schenck 2G., of Lenox.
