Since the recent inauguration of the movement for a new University Gymnasium, a number of prominent graduates have expressed their desire to aid in the work, provided the undergraduate student body shows itself truly anxious for the new building. Inasmuch as the final decision of this question will very probably be left to the members of the College, it is extremely urgent that the students show their willingness to share their part of the burden in supporting the project, in purse as well as in spirit. If the undergraduate body will pledge a certain amount of the required sum, it seems very probable that graduates will complete the fund.
