Number of Matters Passed on by Executive Committee Last Evening.

At a meeting of the Executive Committee of the Student Council last night it was voted to recommend to the Athletic Committee that class football numerals be awarded to B. C. Cartmell '16, of Howe, Ind. Cartmell was substitute quarterback last fall, and during the time that Watson was injured, played a number of important games, which included half of the Princeton game and most of the Worcester game.

The committee approved the appointment of A. B. Conant '13, of Littleton, as manager of lacrosse in place of W. W. Davies '13, who has been forced to resign.

It was also voted to recommend to the Athletic Committee that hereafter graduate students shall not be allowed to play association football.
