Site of New Music Building

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The site for the new Music Building has been selected by the committee in charge of the work. The building will be placed on the quadrangle between the Jefferson Physical Laboratory, Lawrence Hall, and the Hemenway Gymnasium. It will be two stories in height, of red brick with marble trimmings. In a semi-colonial style to harmonize with the adjacent Yard and buildings. Plans for the new building are in the hands of Howell and Stokes, of New York City. It is understood that the sum necessary for the work is practically made up and bids will be received at once for the construction.
