The University wrestling team lost all seven bouts to the Yale team at New Haven last night. The team did not show its usual good form losing four of the matches on falls, and three on decisions.
In the 115-pound and 125-pound classes, the University wrestlers held their own for a while, finally losing by decisions. All the heavier bouts, except the match in the 150-pound class, were lost to Yale by clean falls.
The summary of the meet is as follows--115-pound class: Dodge, of Yale, won from T. T. Mora '13, by decision; 125-pound class: Thomas, of Yale, won from H. B. Goodfriend '14, by decision; 135-pound class: Hunter, of Yale, won from C. C. Loomis '15, by fall: 145-pound class: Kelley, of Yale, won from W. B. Griffiths '14, by fall; 158-pound class: Avery, of Yale, won from Captain W. R. Tyler '14, by decision; 175-pound class: Allen, of Yale, won from A. J. Weather-head '15, by fall; heavyweight class: St. Germaine, of Yale, won from J. F. Stambaugh '13, by fall.
