The University fencing team will hold its first dual meet of the season with Annapolis at Annapolis this evening. This is the first of a series of trial matches in which teams may qualify for the intercollegiate meet which will be held in New York on Friday and Saturday, March 21 and 22. Each team must win one match in order to qualify. The University team will meet Pennsylvania at Philadelphia tomorrow evening and Cornell and Williams at later dates.
The team will be composed of the following men: Captain S. F. Damon '14, J. A. Aylen '15, R. von Nardroff '15 and T. J. Putnam '15.
The University gymnastic team will hold an exhibition meet at the Cambridge Y. M. C. A. building tomorrow evening at 8 o'clock.
