The Boston Chamber of Commerce is anxious to obtain college men to help solve the problem of the crowded traffic conditions in Boston. The Chamber of Commerce has been studying this for a year and a half, and had some students working for them last year.
Men applying will be asked questions of traffic development and scientific management. Readjustment and regulations of traffic will also be considered. The men will be given practical work including the solution of such problems as how to make a street as useful as possible, so that it can carry all the traffic it is capable of without congestion.
Any students who are interested in economics, and who would care to become acquainted with actual conditions, are asked to call on Mr. R. S. Fickett '08, 538 State street, Boston.
