Warm weather brought out a large crowd to witness the finals of the seventh annual winter carnival on the board track behind Langdell Hall yesterday afternoon. In the most exciting race of the afternoon, the Juniors won the interclass relay championship from the Seniors. Twelve men ran on each team. J. I. Abbott again proved a good first man for 1914 by securing the pole from G. N. Hurd '13. He secured a lead of ten yards which his team-mates steadily increased. At the finish, W. A. Barron '14 cut the tape twenty yards ahead of R. G. Huling '13, in 6 minutes, 14 seconds.
P. M. Rice '15 won the finals of the 45-yard low hurdles; and J. W. Rollins '16, of the 40-yard dash.
W. A. Peckham, who on Wednesday won the 7-lap race, proved the individual champion of the carnival by winning the 13-lap race yesterday. He ran well back in his field until the twelfth lap, when he took the lead. He was challenged once by N. L. Torrey '15, but won out in a close finish.

The summary of all events of the winter carnival including yesterday's results follows:
Open 40-yard dash.--Won by W. Rollins '16; second, J. I. Abbott '14; third, G. H. Whitney '15. Time, 5 seconds.
Open 45-yard low hurdles.--Won by P. M. Rice '15; second, J. S. King '13; third, W. G. Brackett '14. Time, 6 seconds.
13-lap race.--Won by W. A. Peckham '14; second, N. L. Torrey '15; third, J. H. Smith '15. Time, 4 minutes, 49 seconds.
7-lap race.--Won by W. A. Peckham '14; second, J. H. Smith '15; third, J. R. Abbott '14. Time, 2 minutes, 15 seconds.
16-pound shot-put.--Won by H. R. hardwick '15; second, R. R. Cowen '16; third, J. C. Talbot '15. Distance, 39 feet, 10 1-2 inches.
High jump.--Tie for first place between E. C. B. Danforth, Jr., '15, and A. D. Chandler '14; third, M. L. Hodgson '16. Height, 5 feet, 6 1-2 inches.
Interclass relay race.--Won by 1914; second, 1913. Time, 6 minutes, 15 seconds.
