The Sophomore debating team, arguing the negative of the question: "Resolved, That all elective state and municipal officials (expect judges) be subject to the recall," won the interclass championship in the final debate with the Juniors last evening.
As a result of the debate, cups offered by the Debating Council will be presented to the members of the winning team: C.A. Trafford '16, P.L. Sayre '16 and H. Epstein '16. These men will also be given a dinner by the Debating Council at 6 tonight in Upper Memorial Hall. The Junior team consisted of: B. Winkelman, C.K. Horwitz and L.C. Henin.
R.L. West '14 presided and the judges were Professor C.N. Greenough, G.K. Gardner 3L., and M. McLeod '03.
