SUBSTITUTES ONLY AT PRACTICE

Ragged Work Displayed Yesterday by Hockey Teams E and F.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Special hockey practice was held yesterday afternoon for a portion of the squad. Team E and F were present and took their turn in lining up against the B. A. A. team. The latter had little difficulty in defeating the substitutes scoring 13 points in all to its opponents 1. The work of the University players was of a desultory nature, showing little team-play. The forwards were unable to keep the puck consistently in the B. A. A. territory, and their shooting was weak and ineffective. Regular practice for the whole squad will be held in the Arena this afternoon at 5 o'clock. The following manager candidates will report at 4.30 o'clock; Amory, Boyden, Devereux, Fullerton, Mann.
