Athletic Rules May be Changed

It has been reported that the rules of Oxford University in regard to qualifications for athletic sports, affecting Rhodes scholars, will be changed, the new rules including merely an age limit. If the change is effected, Rhodes scholars, at present debarred from many athletic activities, will be elegible if they are under the age limit.
