President Eliot will speak in the Living Room of the Union tomorrow night at 8 o'clock before the Federation of Territorial Clubs. His subject will be "When May a University be Called National"? It was President Eliot who changed Harvard from a New England University to a national institution. He of all men is best qualified to tell the undergraduates how they may organize so as best to aid in the extension of Harvard's influence in the United States. The purpose of the Federation of Territorial Clubs is to assist the Associated Harvard Clubs and the New England Federation of Harvard Clubs in this work.
Admission to the Living Room will be by Union tickets and post-card invitations, which are being sent to members of the Territorial Clubs. The latter alone will admit to the formal opening of the new clubroom, to be held immediately after President Eliot's address.
Members who do not receive cards, may obtain them by application to the secretary, Hollis 28.
