HUA Election Will Feature No Referenda or Survey Questions
The Union will give a reception to the members of the victorious football team in the Living Room this evening at 8 o'clock. R. C. Evarts 1L. will act as chairman and the chief speakers will be Captain Storer and Coach Haughton. The latter will give a talk on the fine points of football, which will be illustrated by lantern slides showing some of the plays in the big games of the past season. The team will sit on the platform as the guests of honor, and the affair will be enlivened by singing and cheering. A. F. Pickernell '14 and E. Streeter '14 have composed lyrics to popular tunes especially for this occasion. A. F. Pickernell '14 and J. R. O. Perkins '14 will entertain with amusing dialogues and S. Adams '14 will play. Q. Reynolds '14 will lead the cheering and there will be plenty of opportunity for both graduates and undergraduates to show their loyalty.
