Practice yesterday consisted of scrimmages of short length between the different teams. The play was characterized by some good individual work but rather loose team-play. As a result of the first cut in the squad, the following twenty-four men have been retained: S. Adams '14, P. M. Brown '15, G. M. Carnochan '14, W. H. Claflin, Jr., '15, C. S. Clark '16, S. P. Clark '14, A. Cunningham '16, L. Curtis, 2d., '16, J. C. Devereux '14, A. F. Doty '16, C. E. G. Ervin '16, S. T. Hopkins '14, H. C. Morgan '14, G. A. McKiniock '16, M. B. Phillips, '15, H. L. Reycroft '16, D. P. Rumsey '16, L. Saltonstall '14, P. H. Smart '14, H. P. Trainer '15, E. M. Wanamaker '16, W. M. Washburn '15, W. A. Willetts '14, B. B. Williams '15. Practice for the whole squad will be held today at 6 o'clock.
