Judge Willis Brown, of the Parental Court of Utah, will speak to members of the Union tomorrow night. The subject of his lecture, which will be illustrated, will be his work among the boys of Utah and throughout the United States. Judge Brown's work is based on the theory that no child is born a criminal and with a reasonable amount of care and healthy surroundings any child can be trained to live a clean straight life. In pursuance of this policy Judge Brown has established, through the generosity of the women of Utah, a "Boys' City" on a farm of 800 acres. Hundreds of boys have been received here and have been benefited by the system. The colony is self-governed, the boys performing all their work and having their own institutions.
Mr. J. H. Storer '82, through whose assistance Judge Brown has been procured, will speak briefly. All members of the University are invited to attend the lecture.
