Mr. William E. Hooper, of New York, associate editor of the "Railway Age Gazette," will deliver a lecture on the question. "Is the Interstate Commerce Commission's Classification of Railroad Accounts Meeting the Needs of the Commission?" in Emerson A this evening at 8 o'clock. His lecture is open to all members of the University.
