An analysis of the scoring which has been done up to this time shows that Harvard has rolled up 210 points through 27 touchdowns, 9 field-goals, 19 goals from touchdowns, and a safety, while Yale has made a total of 121 points by means of 16 touchdowns, 4 field-goals, and 13 goals from touchdowns. Harvard has made one-third as many field goals as touchdowns, Yale one-fourth as many. Harvard's points were made in 8 games; Yale has played 9 games, two of them being scoreless. It will be noted that after 16 touchdowns, Yale kicked the goal 13 times, while Harvard kicked 19 out of 27.
Knowles has been Yale's greatest scorer, with 3 touchdowns and a field-goal, for a total of 21 points. For Harvard, Brickley leads with 66 points, made by 8 touchdowns and 6 field-goals; Mahan is second with 3 touchdowns and 3 field-goals, totalling 27 points. Altogether, Harvard has scored 162 points by touchdowns, 27 by field-goals, 19 by goals from touchdowns, and 2 by a safety; Yale has made 96 by touchdowns, 12 by field-goals, and 13 by goals after touchdowns.
