Debating Trials Tonight

The first trials for the Senior and Junior debating teams will be held in the Trophy Room of the Union at 7 o'clock this evening. The Freshman trials will be held at the same time in Sever 11. All candidates should prepare a five minute speech on either hide of the question "Resolved, that all elective state and municipal officers (except judges) be subject to the recall."

So far only one man has signified his intention of trying for the 1914 debating team. If there is to be a good team there must be keen competition. All Seniors are urged to enter the trials in the Trophy Room of the Union this evening at 7 o'clock.
