Mr. Mandikane Cele will speak in the Living Room of the Union tonight at 8 o'clock on the "Armstrong Institute in Africa." This organization has been proposed by a number of the prominent educators and business men of the East. It has been planned on the order of the Hampton Institute, Hampton, Virginia, where Mr. Cele has spent seven years as a student. His thorough acquaintance with the established institution in Virginia makes him well fitted to deal with the new and similar organization.
