Last night the CRIMSON received the following telegram from Mr. Fred W. Moore '93, Graduate Treasurer of Athletics:

"Harvard CRIMSON, Cambridge"

"You may announce that game has been arranged with Penn State for twenty-fifth, subject to approval of our Athletic Committee." (Signed) Fred W. Moore.

The first game of the season for the Pennsylvania State College will be played this afternoon with Carnegie Institute. Last year Penn. State defeated University of Pennsylvania, 14 to 0, and was scored upon only by Cornell, whom Penn. State defeated, 29 to 6.

The game first scheduled for October 25 was with Norwich, but was cancelled on account of the death of Verner Belyea, who was injured in the game between Norwich and Holy Cross, a short time ago. The arrangements were made at a conference held in New York last evening between the representatives of Penn. State and Harvard.
