8 Takeaways From Harvard’s Task Force Reports
The first smoker for the class of 1917 will be held in the Living Room of the Union at 8 o'clock. The Living Room will be thrown open, instead of the smaller Dining Room, formerly used for class smokers, so that the whole class may be accommodated.
Some of the major sport captains will make short addresses. In addition there will be an entertainment, and motion pictures chosen particularly for the occasion. Music has been arranged in order to practice some football songs.
This smoker will be the first of several provided by a committee of upperclassmen to help get the class of 1917 together. Similar arrangements were very successful last year with the class of 1916, but they were not on such an elaborate scale. It is hoped that the whole class will attend and take advantage of the occasion to become acquainted with one another.
