SENIOR DORMITORY PLANS

1914 GROUPS MUST APPLY FOR PLACES BY BEGINNING OF MID-YEAR PERIOD.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Applications for rooms in the Senior dormitories (Hollis, Holworthy, Matthews, Stoughton, and Thayer) will be due at the opening of the mid-year period. These applications should be sent to the "1914 Senior Dormitory Committee," Phillips Brooks House. Assignment will be made by lot, preference being given to the larger groups, a 12-man group being the limit. Full information as to the rooms available in each entry, facts not definitely known at present, will be published later in the week. Owing to the limited time for forming groups, however, Juniors are urged by the committee to organize and make up their groups at once without waiting for the details of application.

Such details will include the placing of printed blanks at Phillips Brooks House, Leavitt & Peirce's and the Union Office. Plans of the buildings, together with the usual pamphlets regarding rooms, will also be placed for distribution as soon as possible.

Two important rules should be observed in making up groups. First, only men who entered with the class of 1914, or who expect to graduate with it, may make application. Second, a name appearing in more than one application will cause each application affected to be thrown out. It is understood that a man making application thereby pledges himself to abide by the allotment of the Committee.

The 1914. Dormitory Committee will hold office hours in Phillips Brooks House, beginning on Thursday, between 5 and 6 o'clock. Information may also be secured from L. H. Mills, 31 Beck Hall, at any time.
