The question decided upon for the Pasteur Medal debate reads: "Resolved, That the French Government was justified in passing the Separation Act." The first trials, at which 12 men will be chosen, will be held on next Tuesday at 7.30 o'clock in Upper Dane. Entries should be sent to S. H. Hurwitz 1G., Stoughton 29, before noon on Monday. The order of speakers will be posted in Upper Dane not later than 12 o'clock on the day of the debate. Any man whose name does not appear on the list may speak at the end of the regular order.

The Speeches will be limited to five minutes, and may be on either side of the question. At the final trials, which will take place on Friday, November 15, this limit will be extended to 10-minutes, and two teams of three men each will be chosen. The final debate will be held on Friday, December 6. The Pasteur Medal will be awarded to the best speaker at this debate.

Books, of reference, together with a bibliography, for the use of those who intend to enter the competition for the medal, have been placed on the reserved shelves in Gore Hall.
