Major Henry L. Higginson '55, has been nominated for president of the Harvard Club of Boston, Incorporated, which is to take the place of the Harvard Club of Boston, a voluntary association. All the members of the voluntary association are to be transferred to the corporation, and the dues are to be increased on a graduated scale with $40 a year as the figure fixed for members who have been out of the university for seven years or more. The other officers nominated are as follows:
Vice-President--Odin Roberts, '86.
Treasurer--F. S. Mead '87.
Secretary--P. W. Thompson '02.
The annual meeting of the club will be held at the Exchange Club at 4 P. M. Wednesday, January 15.
