The Trustees of the Dudleian Lectures have appointed Rev. Ambrose White Vernon, D.D., Pastor of the Harvard Church, Brookline, to give the Dudleian lecture for the current academic year. The lecture will be given on Tuesday evening, April 29. The subject is the fourth of the series prescribed by the founder, Judge Paul Dudley, in 1750, namely:--

"The proving, explaining, and proper use and improvement of the principle of natural religion, as it is commonly called and understood by Divines and Learned men."
