PRESIDENT LOWELL'S HOUSE

Almost Completed.--New Executive Residence to be Ready Next Week.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The new residence which is being built for President Lowell is now practically completed, and will be ready for permanent occupation on January 22. While there may be a few minor details of decoration left after that time, the work in this respect will not seriously interfere with the domestic arrangements.

No important changes have been made in the plans as originally drawn. The work of beautifying the grounds and approaches will be left until spring.
