Yale defeated Wesleyan in a closely contested game at New Haven yesterday afternoon by the score of 10 to 3. Up until the last few minutes of play, the score was a tie, 3 to 3, when the Yale team braced and Captain Spalding carried the ball over the line for a touchdown.

Other results yesterday were; Cornell 3, Washington and Jefferson 0; Lehigh 33, Albright 0; Carlisle Indians 45, Lebannon Valley 0.
