President Lowell Among the Speakers in the Union Tomorrow Evening.

A meeting for the reception of new students in the University will be held in the Living Room of the Union tomorrow evening. Dean Briggs will preside; and addresses will be made by President Lowell, President Emeritus Eliot, Acting Assistant Dean Yeomans, and P. R. Withington '12. This is the first chance new men will have to get in touch with the authorities of the University administration.
