Man Who Managed Clients for High-End Cambridge Brothel Network Pleads Guilty
Members of the Sophomore and Freshman classes who desire to try for the positions of assistant managing editors of the University Register should sent their names to W. S. Witmer '12, Thayer 1, before Wednesday, June 5. After that date the candidates will be called together and the work explained to them in full. The competitions will then begin and will last until about the first of November. During the remainder of this college year the work will not be arduous and in no way will interfere with preparation for the examinations.
Separate competitions will be held for each of the two classes, although the work of all the candidates will be of a similar nature. One man will be selected next November from each of the classes and in this way a succession of editors will be established. A year from now the man selected from 1914, will be the chairman of the Register Committee of the Student Council and the man from 1915 will be the managing editor of the Register for 1913-14. The following year the latter will become chairman. Competitions will be held each year to select an assistant managing editor for the volume. In order to carry out the plan for the proper succession, the competition after this year, will only be open to men at the end of their Freshman year in College.
Each year the chairman and managing editor of the Register will receive salaries in return for their work and time expended on the volume. The successful candidates for the positions of assistant managing editors will be recompensed by the managing editor according to the value of their assistance to him.
