Emile Legouis, professor of English Literature at the Sorbonne, has been selected to lecture at the University next winter in accordance with the recent educational arrangement between France and the United States. Dr. Legouis is a scholar of wide distinction in Europe and is the author of many works on English literature. Before assuming his duties at the Sorbonne he was a member of the faculty of the University of Lyons.
