FRESHMEN VS. YALE 1916

BOTH TEAMS TO CLOSE SEASON WITH ANNUAL CONTEST ON YALE FIELD AT 3.

The Freshman baseball team will play its annual game with the Yale freshman team on Yale Field, New Haven, this afternoon at 3 o'clock. The squad of 19 men left Cambridge yesterday afternoon and spent that night in New Haven.

Judging by the season's record the two teams are about equal. The Freshman team has played 11 games, losing 3 of them and tieing Exeter by the score of 2 to 2. The only comparative scores are those with Worcester Academy. Yale defeated that team by the score of 4 to a and the Freshmen by 5 to 1. The Yale freshmen have played 10 games during the season and won 8.
