Students who entered Harvard with the class of 1914 or 1915 must pass, before they can be admitted to the Junior class, a special oral examination to test their reading knowledge of either French or German. An opportunity to take this examination will be given during the week of October 16 to 21, and all students who wish to try this examination should notify the Recorder, 4 University Hall, in writing, before tomorrow. Each candidate will then be notified when and where to present himself for the oral examination.
