The triangular debate between the Harvard, Yale, and Princeton freshmen will take place on May 10. Harvard will send a team to Yale and a Princeton team will come to Cambridge. As in the Intercollegiate debate on March 29, the visiting team will uphold the affirmative in each case. The subject is, "Resolved, That the initiative and referendum be generally adopted in the American states." Although the final trials of the Freshman team have been held, the regular teams have not been definitely picked as yet. They will be made up from the following men: J. Davis, of Pueblo, Colo.; R. H. Pass, of Syracuse, N. Y.; E. R. Roberts, of Cape Girardeau, Mo.; R. E. Shillady, of Colorado Springs, Colo.; B. Winkelman, of Philadelphia, Pa.; B. Woronoff uC., of Boston. The provisional alternates are W. Berman, of Scranton, Pa., L. G. Burgevin, of Anchorage, Ky.; W. A. Cahill, of Cleveland, O.; R. W. Chubb, of St. Louis, Mo. These lists are arranged alphabetically and do not show the relative merits of the debaters nor the order of speaking.
