We publish a notice today calling for more candidates for managership of the Freshman lacrosse team. We urge strongly that a large number of men respond to this appeal, first because so long as Harvard takes part in a sport, and especially when it takes part in it as successfully as it has in lacrosse, it is the duty of all to support the team, secondly because the position of manager is one that is always valuable training to those who try for it, as well as for those who attain it.
