LACROSSE PRACTICE STARTS

Candidates for University and Freshman Teams Report at 3.45.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Practice for the University lacrosse team will begin this afternoon at 3.45 o'clock, for the Freshman team at 3.00 o'clock. This year, on account of the large number of prospective candidates, there has been no preliminary practice behind the Gymnasium, but work will start immediately under the Stadium. As soon as the ground becomes hard enough to run on, the teams will move out onto one of the baseball diamonds while the work of filling in and enlarging the regular lacrosse field is going on. A little later in the season printed diagrams will be given out to explain the special features of the game to new men: but everyone is expected to report to Coach Warwick this afternoon.
