The spring program of the Speakers' Club includes the following dates and topics for discussion:
February 27.--"The Student Council." Formal discussion.
March 12.--"College Institutions." Informal discussion.
March 26.--"The Drama and the Theatre." Formal discussion.
April 9.--"College Courses." Informal discussion.
April 23.--"Toasts." Annual election and after-dinner speaking.
May 7.--"Spring Athletics." Formal discussion.
May 21.--Annual contest in extemporaneous speaking.
May 28.--Annual dinner.
As usual, dinners will be held on these dates in the Guest Room of Memorial Hall at 6 o'clock and the discussion will follow. In order that more men may be given an opportunity to speak, two informal discussions and pop-nights will be held in the Union on the evenings of March 19 and April 30 at 9 o'clock. At these meetings there will be an open discussion of general College topics.
The attention of members is also called to the annual contest in extemporaneous speaking, which will be held on May 21. This contest for the Speakers' Club cups is open only to members and will be held under the usual rules.
