There will be a meeting of the Harvard Federation of Territorial Clubs in Holworthy 22 this afternoon at 5 o'clock. The purpose of the meeting is to adopt a constitution for the Federation and to put it on an efficient working basis. Delegates will receive copies of the Alumni Bulletin which have been offered for distribution in the territories.
The Federation urges any men wishing to form new territorial clubs to consult with any of the officers or to report at Holworthy 22, as soon as possible. Steps have already been taken to form new clubs, and those active in the organization have only been waiting for the authority of a constitution of start upon the work outlined at the last meeting.
