Army Officer to Speak in Union

Major F. C. Marshall, of the Second United States Cavalry, will speak in the Living Room of the Union Monday evening at 8.15 o'clock on the subject "Is Our Nation Prepared." Major Marshall will draw a lesson from the present Balkan war and apply it to conditions existing in the United States today. The lecture will be given under the auspices of Troops B and C which were recently organized by Harvard men.
