New Book by Professor Munro

Professor W. B. Munro, of the department of Government has written a book entitled "The Government of American Cities." The work takes up American municipal development from the incorporated boroughs of the seventeenth century to the commission government cities of the present day, touching at the close upon direct legislation, the recall, municipal reform and reformers. The book will be used in the courses Government 1 and Government 17.
