Mr. G. M. Hall, of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, will deliver a lecture on conditions in the "Canadian Northwest" under the auspices of the Canadian Club in Peabody Hall, Phillips Brooks House, this evening at 8 o'clock.
The town of Edmonton, from which Mr. Hall comes, is one of the most prosperous in the vicinity of the fertile Peace River country. A short time ago the city adopted the interesting experiment of the single tax. Mr. Hall has recently been lecturing at several eastern universities, and will be prepared to answer questions on the industrial and economic possibilities of the Province.
