Competition Hymn Writing

The undergraduate committee on the revision of the University Hymnal announces a competition in hymn writing, in which words, music, or both will be acceptable, open to all members of the University. Dr. Davison and others have consented to judge the works presented and to choose any that seem suitable or worthy to be printed in the new hymnal.

Manuscripts bearing a fictitious name, and accompanied by the author's real name and address under a separate cover, should be handed in to J. B. Langstaff '13, (committee chairman) at Holworthy 22 before March 1, 1913.
